• Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.
After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returned items must be sent back to the return address we provide.
Please do not send your item directly to our manufacturers.

• You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipping, and therefore changes or cancellations cannot be made.
• Sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, we will send you a free replacement immediately.
To submit a damaged/missing item claim, please email us with “Damaged/Missing Item Claim” as the subject line and include clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
• If the carrier confirms delivery with a date, time, and GPS location, Naverio is not responsible for missing items after the package has been delivered.
• If the carrier cannot confirm delivery, you must contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If the order was delivered to the exact address entered at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the mistake.
However, we always aim to assist our customers—if this occurs, we may offer a replacement at a discounted rate (at our customer support team’s discretion).
For any address corrections, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund immediately.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.
